Consultations to improve mental health

Buddhist monks from our organisation are available to visit schools, hospitals, offices, and military settings to teach meditation, mental well-being, and Buddhism as a way of life. Fully trained, they offer their services voluntarily and are working with organisations to support mental health, including construction workers and military personnel.
